GrayPaw introduces custom camera mounts for cognitive vision systems

To make our cognitive vision systems fully plug-and-play, GrayPaw now provides custom-designed camera mounts as part of the delivery package whenever needed. Each mount is modeled, printed, and tested in-house for a specific bioreactor type — ensuring stable positioning, zero setup time, and consistent visibility for the computer vision pipeline.

This eliminates the need for manual camera adjustment and removes one of the last sources of process interruptions. Operators can now focus entirely on the experiment — not on hardware tuning.

A recent example: our cognitive vision system was smoothly integrated with a Sartorius Biostat B-DCU (3.2 L). The setup performed flawlessly, tracking the bioreaction and foam formation process with full stability — like it was built into the system from the start.
